Gap closure

Porcelain veneers and crowns can often be used as an alternative to orthodontics in order to close spaces between teeth. Veneers and crowns are especially appropriate if, in addition to being spaced, the teeth are discoloured or poorly shaped. Cases involving large gap closures require significant dental expertise in order to close the spaces without making the teeth look abnormally wide.
