Practice Policies

Appointment times – Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We will endeavour to be on-time, and would appreciate your punctuality.

Cancellation of appointments – If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify us as soon as possible. Due to the high demand for appointments at our practice we charge fees for missed appointments, or those cancelled at late notice (less than two business days). If you are unable to keep an appointment, it is quite likely that you will have to wait for some time before a replacement appointment can be scheduled.

Payment of services – We ask that all patients take care of the charges in full either before or at the time of the service. Our practice accepts payments by HICAPS, cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card. Credit is not available.

Privacy – All your information is handled with the strictest of confidence. No records may be forwarded to anyone else without your specific written consent.
